About the Journal

Journal of Education, Family, and Psychology (JPKP) is a scholarly journal managed by PT Rumah Inspirasi Keluarga, dedicated to disseminating research findings, theoretical studies, and best practices in the fields of education, family studies, and psychology. This journal serves as both an academic and practical platform for educators, researchers, psychologists, organizational consultants, and professionals in the fields of education and family studies, both in Indonesia and globally.

Scope and Focus

This journal addresses current and relevant issues in the following areas:

• Education: Learning innovation, character education, 21st-century learning strategies, and school-family collaboration.

• Family: Value-based parenting, child development, family psychological well-being, and the challenges of parenting in the digital era.

• Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Workplace well-being and productivity, leadership and human resource management, mental health in the workplace, motivation and organizational culture, and workforce adaptation in the digital era.
